Theoretical Framework.

L/O: To apply the theoretical framework to media texts.

Media  Language 

This covers terms used, how texts are constructed and the messages conveyed. It includes:

Camerawork (Cinematography)

some basic camera shots.

• Soundtrack

• Including ALL sound heard in a film/TV show.
• -Music,
• -Sound effects,
• -Dialogue,
• -Voiceover
• Can be DIEGETIC or NON DIEGETIC.

• Mise-en-scene

includes everything that can be seen in a frame:

• costume
• props
• setting
• Hair & Makeup
• Lighting
• Actor poisoning 

Editing

Editing is the process of selecting and preparing writing, photography, visual, audible, and film media used to convey information
extreme 

Including all the POST PRODUCING work on a moving image

transitions,pace &speed ,CGI, Green screening, graphics.

Extreme Wide Shot

They took this shot to show the surroundings where they are located or to show a 

Mid Shot

They took this this shot for the film  to show the characters emotion.

DIEGETIC SOUND are actual sounds in the clip.

NON DIEGETIC SOUND are sounds that are being edited in the clip.
